2. Website access and hosting

This website is provided through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. Technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, including IP address, time of access, requested page, browser, operating system, referrer and device information. This is required to deliver and secure the website.

3. Age confirmation and local storage

The “18 or older” confirmation is stored only in your browser’s session storage so that the prompt is not shown repeatedly during the same visit. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your sender address and message to respond. The data is deleted once the request is complete unless legal retention duties apply.

5. Collaboration and sponsorship form

When you use the collaboration form, we process your company or brand, contact person, email address, optional website, product, preferred type of cooperation, timeframe, budget range and message. The details are stored in the website database and are visible only in the protected admin area. They are used solely to assess and answer the inquiry and prepare a possible collaboration.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. The data is deleted when the inquiry is complete unless legal retention obligations or legitimate documentation interests apply.

6. Admin access

The sign-in area is exclusively for website administration and uses an OpenAI/ChatGPT account. Visitors do not need to sign in to read public content.

7. Privacy-friendly page and click statistics

We store aggregate daily counts for public pages and labelled external-link clicks. Our own statistics do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, browser types or personal visitor IDs, and do not set analytics cookies.

8. Google Analytics 4—only with consent

Google Analytics is loaded only when a valid measurement ID is configured and you consent through the banner. You can withdraw consent through the cookie settings in the footer.

9. External and affiliate links

External websites have their own privacy policies. Clearly labelled affiliate links lead to Lovense and Enjox, which may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

10. Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for its purpose or required by law.

11. Your rights

12. Changes

We update this notice if the website, services or legal requirements change.
